I mean where do you even start, right? I noticed a little chat bot on the site asking if I wanted a product recommendation, and me being high off my a*s, I obliged. The customer service rep asked me a few questions, and we eventually agreed that this Muha Meds D10 cart was the best fit for me. I wasn't looking for something to get me 1000% blastedmore so looking for something chill/uplifting that I could use throughout the day. I decided to give it a try since I've had good experiences with Muha in the past. Everything went smoothly, but for the first time since shopping with D8SS, I ran into an issue. I received my order confirmation instantly as usual... Tracking number came a day later... Everything was cool. Three days later, I noticed that the tracking number said the package was lost. Not going to lie, I was a little pissed, but I reached out to customer service, and to my surprise, they replied in less than 24 hours. Not only that, but they offered to send me a brand new one at NO EXTRA CHARGE and I received it two days after. To put it simply, their recommendation was spot on. This cart was the sh*t. Just the right amount of euphoria and energy I was looking for. The flavor was great, and it wasn't as harsh on the throat as other compounds. I now use the D10 cart during the day and reserve the other cannabinoids for night time when I don't need to be 100% functional. 110% recommend trying this out. I understand that this whole situation was not in their control, but I was so impressed by their willingness to solve this issue and the lengths they went to make it right. While these kinds of situations usually lead me to finding somewhere else to shop. Other sites are quick to take your money but if you run into any problems, you're SOL. They're slow to respond and really drag their feet with their "investigations." But not here. Had some flowery taste to it, the hardware is different but I find that it doesn't clog as often as some of the freebie Dazed8 stuff. Quick delivery too, I had gotten this as a replacement. Good stuff!
