so after already ordering four different packages from this company They decided that they would need a verification which delayed my package by an entire week because it was put in the spam folder And they’re just saying not our problem and now im having anxiety attacks without it because these stupid fucks dont know how to run a company

I have purchased product 3x. This last shipment I purchased 4 frozen grape brinx vapes. 3 out 4 vapes were broken- 2 vapes the batteries will not shut off and 1 was leaking juice inside of package. I am very disappointed and would like a refund/replacement
