I believe the directions I read was take two to start. Well I took half because I’ve had bad experiences with gummies in the past. Half was fine. Was able to get some glass blowing done. Was definitely strong enough. Then I thought I’d try a whole one a different day. I couldn’t function or lay down… Paranoid and anxious. Thought it would never end. So the answer for me is half! They are fine with half, Not quite what I was expecting as they make you a little drowsy, not uplifted like Hhc vapes. I definitely slept well.

Regardless of flavor, the Hidden Hills brand has been my go to brand. I always stick with 2 gram disposables knowing one lasts me about a week at a time. I've not had too many issues with clogging. They are super easy to use and the flavor of all of them is always great. Always gona buy them over and over again!!
